Program Description

Aldridge Borden & Company, P.C. ("Aldridge Borden") provides text messaging services to clients and prospective clients for appointment reminders, account notifications, tax filing status updates, document request and receipt confirmations, billing and payment reminders, and responses to client inquiries.

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to Aldridge Borden via a web form or other medium, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from Aldridge Borden & Company, P.C. at the number provided. This includes messages for:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Account and service update notifications
  • Tax filing status updates
  • Document request and receipt confirmations
  • Billing and payment reminders
  • Responses to your inquiries

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to provide your mobile number and still use our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of our communications and your account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Aldridge Borden does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates for text messaging apply.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact and opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging platform who facilitate message delivery.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery & Liability

Aldridge Borden is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in our text messaging service.

Authorized User

By providing your mobile number, you affirm that the number is accurate and current, and that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of that telephone number.
