Richard Culver joined Aldridge Borden - OneSource in 2021, attracted by the firm’s strong teamwork and collaborative spirit. In his role, he oversees various financial transactions, meticulously managing the flow of finances to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. Richard finds great fulfillment in continuously exploring innovative solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs, enhancing their overall experience with the firm. He takes pride in being the go-to person for transactions, consistently striving to exceed expectations through open communication and teamwork.

Outside of work, Richard is passionate about powerlifting, where he coaches and competes, having achieved an IPL world record. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and stays energized with caffeine, rice, music, and Adobe tools, all contributing to a dynamic and fulfilling lifestyle.
