Marianna Self

Marianna Self joined Aldridge Borden in September 2026 after completing an internship with the firm during the spring of 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Auburn University in 2025 and her Master of Accountancy in 2026. Her Auburn roots run deep, as both of her parents also graduated from the university’s College of Business.

Marianna’s interest in accounting grew from a lifelong love of numbers and mathematics, paired with an analytical mindset and a natural attention to detail. She enjoys working through puzzles and understanding how individual pieces fit into a larger picture, making accounting a rewarding match for her strengths and interests.

Outside the office, Marianna enjoys cooking and baking almost anything—a passion that once had her considering a college major in culinary arts or hospitality. She also loves all things Disney and welcomes any opportunity to travel and explore somewhere new. As a member of Auburn Young Professionals through the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys staying connected to the local community.
