Josh Waldrip

Joshua Waldrip joined Aldridge Borden in 2026, bringing five years of hands-on IT experience and a strong passion for technology. A graduate of Jacksonville State University with a degree in Information Technology, Joshua plays a vital role in keeping the firm’s hardware and software running smoothly.

In his role, Joshua assists the firm by ensuring all IT systems operate efficiently and effectively. He enjoys problem-solving and is the go-to person for IT-related solutions, always ready to help troubleshoot issues and keep the team connected. His love for working with computers and learning new skills fuels his commitment to supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Joshua was drawn to Aldridge Borden because of its family-oriented foundation and values. He appreciates the opportunity to learn about his coworkers while helping them navigate technology challenges. For Joshua, helping others and solving problems are the most rewarding parts of his job.

Outside of work, Joshua is devoted to his family. He has been married for four years and is a proud father of four children. He is a member of Evangel Church of Montgomery and enjoys building computers, fixing up cars, and continually learning new skills.

Five things he couldn’t live without? His wife, his kids, books, games, and food.

One interesting fact about Joshua: he used to be able to run a 5K in under 12 minutes — pretty impressive speed!
