In his role, he supports both clients and employees, offering practical solutions and finding satisfaction in watching them succeed. Jason enjoys helping his clients thrive and appreciates the variety of situations where he can assist his team. Known for his expertise in IT and building-related issues, he is often the go-to person for these needs, and he especially enjoys witnessing the success and growth of employees within the firm.

Outside of work, Jason prioritizes quality time with his family and takes immense pride in his children's achievements. He has a love for golf, although he humorously admits to having an average game. His daily essentials include his Yeti Cup, AirPods, keys, Bible, and reading glasses. Jason is also passionate about coaching youth baseball, and if he weren’t an accountant, he believes he would pursue a career as a baseball coach.
