As a Supervisor in the Client Accounting and Advisory Department, he oversees and reviews work, providing clients with essential insights for informed business decisions. He finds fulfillment in helping small businesses thrive, recognizing their critical role in the community. Hayden enjoys the camaraderie within the diverse team, where colleagues collaborate in a relaxed yet productive environment. He is often sought out for assistance in implementing new technologies and processes, reflecting his passion for innovation, especially in developing automated accounting systems that meet client needs while ensuring robust controls.

Outside of work, Hayden treasures spending time on adventures with his wife, Madison, and takes pride in his lawn care business, Xact Lawn Care, LLC, known for his swift and efficient yard work. His faith in Jesus Christ guides him in all aspects of life, and if he weren’t in accounting, he would likely pursue entrepreneurship. Additionally, playing the guitar serves as a creative outlet that brings him immense joy.
