Melissa Hill

Melissa Hill joined the firm in 2015, drawn by its welcoming and supportive environment. In her role as Principal, she oversees and provides attestation and tax services, with a particular focus on helping clients achieve their goals. Melissa views public accounting as a way to contribute to community growth, working with a variety of clients, including nonprofits. The diversity of clients keeps her job engaging, offering continuous learning opportunities, and she finds immense fulfillment in mentoring her colleagues and being a trusted resource on complex topics like leases.

At work, Melissa is proud of the collaborative and supportive culture within her team, where everyone prioritizes each other’s success. Outside of the office, Melissa's world revolves around her family, especially as a busy mom to two daughters with a third on the way in December. When she finds a rare moment for herself, she enjoys crafting, cooking, and sipping tea in her cozy PJs. Her greatest joy comes from ensuring the happiness and well-being of her children. If she weren’t in accounting, Melissa would likely pursue a career in teaching, reflecting her passion for mentoring and helping others.
