Lindsey Lott
Senior Account Manager
Lindsey Lott joined Aldridge Borden - OneSource in 2021, initially drawn to the firm's flexible work environment, positive atmosphere, and the promise of new challenges. Transitioning from a state job, Lindsey sought a more engaging role that allowed her to work from home part-time while still being present for her young children. In her role as a bookkeeper for approximately 15 clients, Lindsey finds satisfaction in the friendly and understanding nature of their clients, who appreciate the balance between workload and family commitments. Additionally, the unique work culture at Aldridge Borden - OneSource, marked by firm-wide events like pickleball and casino nights, fosters enjoyable camaraderie among colleagues—a refreshing departure from typical workplaces. Lindsey predominantly handles Not for Profit clients and finds solace in data entry tasks, especially when accompanied by her favorite music.
Outside of work, Lindsey takes pride in her family, cherishing the life she and her husband have built together and prioritizing instilling strong values in their children. Lindsey and her husband have been together since she was 15, a testament to the enduring bond they share.
