Jeff Windham
Partner CPA, CVA, CFF, ABV
Jeff Windham has been a part of Aldridge Borden - OneSource since 1992, drawn to the firm by the remarkable employees he encountered during the interview process. As the Partner overseeing Consulting Services, Jeff's role is focused on helping clients navigate their business challenges and identify tailored solutions. He finds this work both intellectually stimulating and deeply fulfilling, especially when he sees his clients thrive and succeed in their ventures. Jeff is often the go-to advisor for consulting on complex situations, a responsibility he embraces with enthusiasm.
Within the firm, Jeff values the familial culture that emphasizes genuine care and support among colleagues. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family and cheering for The University of Alabama sporting events. His greatest source of pride comes from his family—his wife, Sharon, and their three daughters, Emily, Katie, and Lily—along with his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ. Day-to-day, his essentials include his faith, family, friends, and the comfort of home. If Jeff weren't an accountant, he would likely pursue a career in education, driven by his passion for teaching and coaching.
