Ashley Lough
Ashley Lough joined Aldridge Borden - OneSource in 1986, attracted by the opportunity to work in public accounting and the proximity to her family in the Montgomery area. Over the years, her role has evolved to encompass a wide range of human resource, financial, and administrative functions for the firm. As CFO & Firm Administrator, Ashley directs the firm’s financial affairs, manages firm data and reporting, and supervises all administrative personnel and other firm personnel functions. Although she is not client-facing, Ashley takes pride in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment within the team. The unique personalities and backgrounds of her colleagues create a camaraderie and family-like atmosphere that she deeply appreciates.
Outside of work, Ashley spends her time with family, reading, and watching sports. She is particularly proud of her two sons, Brandyn and Conner, and their achievements. Brandyn is a registered dietician, a social media influencer for grilling and cooking, and a devoted family man. Conner excels as a recent college graduate and was actively involved in Ultimate Frisbee at both the college club and citywide levels. Ashley's daily essentials include interacting with people, spending time with her family, using her Kindle e-reader, enjoying sports, and soaking up sunshine. If she weren't in accounting, she would have pursued a career as a sports broadcaster or agent. An interesting fact about Ashley is that she lived in several states before settling in Louisville, KY for most of her childhood, and after graduating high school at 17, she moved to Tuscaloosa to attend the University of Alabama.
